As the only UX designer in the company, I have the responsibility to develop and improve the company's products, and the mediation platform is one of them. In this project, I have developed the platform according to usability criteria. Additionally, I have analyzed usability issues and provided solutions and interface propositions for both users and clients.
In this project, I had used several UX approaches such as usability tests, ergonomics audits (Bastien Scapin and 10 Heuristics), user research methods such as interview, survey and etc.
