As the sole UX designer in the company, I was responsible for developing and enhancing the company's products, including a mediation platform. In this project, I designed the platform in alignment with usability criteria, ensuring an intuitive and user-friendly experience.
I also analyzed usability issues and applied digital accessibility standards (WCAG) to identify areas for improvement. Based on these insights, I provided actionable solutions and interface proposals tailored to meet the needs of both users and clients.
In this project, I utilized various UX methodologies to ensure an optimal user experience. These included usability testing, ergonomics audits (Bastien and Scapin's criteria, Nielsen's 10 Heuristics), and adherence to digital accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
Additionally, I conducted user research through methods such as interviews, surveys and usability tests to gather valuable insights and inform design decisions.
